As a Posh Virtual Receptionist, you will have a portfolio of clients that entrust you with their calls. They will communicate with you via our Posh app and client portal to let you know if they are accepting calls themselves or want you to take calls on their behalf.

In addition to handling their calls, your clients may task you with placing a follow-up call on their behalf, scheduling and confirming appointments, and more. We pride ourselves in treating each of our client’s calls as if they are our own. Our clients’ success is ultimately our success!
