That’s why we created Posh — a modern solution for an age-old problem — to help companies across the country get away from the phones and back to business. To make it all possible, we developed our own software and app and if we do say so ourselves it’s slick, really slick. This software is the secret sauce that enables us to offer high-end, yet affordable, live receptionist services.

How many people will be answering my calls?

A small dedicated group of about 6 receptionists will be assigned to your account. We have found this to be the sweet spot so that we can ensure someone is available whenever you want us to answer your calls. It’s important to us that we’re always able to answer calls quickly (and we think your callers will appreciate that too). The teams we work in make this possible.

What's your average pick up time?

We answer over 99% of calls by the third ring. This quick answer time sets the table for the rest of the caller experience. By promptly answering the phone, we are letting your callers know that they are a priority.

Do you have Spanish-speaking receptionists?

Sí! We have bilingual receptionists who are fluent in both English and Spanish. If any of your callers are more comfortable speaking Spanish, we can make sure those calls are taken care of by our talented bilingual staff members. Es la misma experiencia fantástica – Posh en Español!

Are you US-based and are the calls ever outsourced?

Posh is 100% based in the United States and we never outsource calls. We have a growing team of talented receptionists who work at our headquarters in Virginia Beach. Stop by and see us if you are ever in the area!

How does message delivery work?

All messages are available in the Posh app along with your preferred notification settings. However, that is not a limitation for message delivery. It’s just a convenient option that many of our clients use. We can also deliver messages via email or SMS text if that works better for you.
