Our receptionists are available to answer your calls 24/7/365. We are available at any time to answer your client’s questions, direct them to the right resources, and provide assistance. Is Posh able to answer call in Spanish?

Yes, our bilingual receptionists are available Monday – Friday 8AM – 6PM Eastern to answer assist guests in Spanish.

Can Posh make outbound calls for me?

We sure can. You can request an ‘Assist’ from our free virtual receptionist app (Available for iPhone and Android) as well as through our online portal. We can do things like follow up with your contacts to gather additional information or reach out to clients to confirm their appointments. Simply provide us with the details for the call(s) you need us to make. We’ll handle the rest and provide a recap once the task is complete.

How does message delivery work?

All messages are available in the Posh app, along with your preferred notification settings. However, that is not a limitation for message delivery. It’s just a convenient option that many of our clients use. We can also deliver messages via email or SMS text if that works better for you.

Do I have to sign a contract?
