What hours are your virtual receptionists available to answer?

Our bilingual receptionists are available to answer your calls from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern. Outside of those hours, calls can be routed to a Spanish voicemail greeting or to an English-speaking receptionist.

Can Posh make outbound calls for me?

We sure can. You can request an ‘Assist’ from our free virtual receptionist app (Available for iPhone and Android) and through our online portal. We can do things like follow up with your contacts to gather additional information or reach out to clients to confirm their appointments. Simply provide us with the details for the call(s) you need us to make. We’ll handle the rest and provide a recap once the task is complete.

How does message delivery work?

All messages and your preferred notification settings are available in the Posh app. However, that is not a limitation for message delivery. It’s just a convenient option that many of our clients use. We can also deliver messages via email or SMS text if that works better for you.

Do I have to sign a contract?

Nope. We earn your business every month with a flexible 30-day agreement. Beware of any answering service that requires a long-term contract.
